etc, that may fail after a PowerFlush has been or is being carried out, likewise to any damage that may occur to any
property as a result of the above. For example, there may be small pin holes in the radiators or cylinder coil of a badly
slugged/corroded system. When the sludge is removed the radiators/valves etc may leak and will require replacing, the cost
of which would be charged as extra as would any damage they may result.
